Region II Achievements
Presidential Citations | The Presidential Citations program was begun in August 1976. Citations are made each year by the International President for outstanding service to Toastmasters. The Honor Roll of recipeients from Region II can be found by clicking here or the link at right.
Distinguished Districts | Before 1979 Districts were either Distinguished or President's Distinguished. In 1979, districts with a final ranking of from 7-12 were first designated Select Distinguished. Due to different criteria for determining of President's Distinguished prior to 1979, it was possible for districts ranked lower than 6 (e.g., in 1975, District 33 ranked 17) to become President's Distinguished.
